Is it possible to access a DFS namespace from a non-domain joined PC?
We have just set up a DFSN on our network, it's working fine from all domain PCs
using either \\domain.local\share or \\domaincontroller\share
We have some users from another company trying to connect. They connect to our network via VPN. If they use \\domain.local\share they get prompted for a username and password, but it always says it's the wrong username and password
Connecting directly to the fileshare still works though, using the same credentials
Am I missing something, or is what I want not possible?
