One Way Sync Between Folders.

I would like to create a timed script to run that will sync folder A to Folder B.  Then next time it runs it will Sync A to B again but only the changes made since the last sync.   This also can only go one way A to B.  Never B to A.  Robocopy have the ability to do this ?
