I am trying to set up a RemoteApp connection on Server 2008 R2, using IE8 with a command line arguement that will open IE to a specific URL, into kiosk mode. This URL will open up a physicians portal which requires several ActiveX controls to be installed in order to view our PACS images.
When accessing the URL from the local Server 08 browser, the ActiveX controls installed normally (after messing with ActiveX settings for an hour), and I was able to view the images. But, when logging into the RemoteApp from client pc's, it prompts to install the AX controls, looks like they install correctly, but I can't get in. I am getting the attached error (and yes I allowed everything to run).
Any ideas why it works locally, but not through Remote App?
