Can't remote to some servers/workstations after SBS 2008 migration to 2012 Stdrd

I just migrated our AD to a 2012 server from SBS. After transferring FSMO roles (all 5) to the new server, I lost connectivity to a server hosting hyper v. It seemed to happen as the DHCP lease was up, but then I remembered this computer is set static. I also upgraded the forest from 2003 to 2008 r2. But now there are computers on the network I can't RDP to. I looked at the network policy for the Gateway server and everything checks out. I looked at replication and that was a mess but it's fixed now. I looked my account membership and I'm indeed a domain admin. I also looked at the server by connecting locally and it said domain admins were administrators. So..... Where should I go now? I would think it's an OU problem in group policy, but I can't be certain.

EDIT: The network is operating sound, it's just the RD/Terminal stuff...
