Rightfax Server Slow Sending - Failing

This all started when our company had users send out 40 - 1000 pages faxes. It completely bogged down the system and was repeatedly trying to send over and over. We ended up deleting them 3 days later. We only have 4 fax lines in our faxing server. In addition, we run at 60% of max capacity for sending to begin with. Now that we are multiple days behind the server isn't able to catch up.

It seems like it is failing the first couple times before it successfully sends now. On nearly every fax though. A lot of people we are sending faxes to say that they are getting it multiple times.

When I set the max fail to 2 times, all of them fail. 3 times, they all go through. Running at 60% capacity in addition to being many days behind with every fax trying 3 times, you can see how it's a compounding problem. Nothing changed with that server and it's really upsetting me trying to figure it out.

Anyone deal with Rightfax and have some thoughts? Could it be a hardware problem?

I can see it actively sending through all 4 lines. I'm just not making any progress lowing the total amount. It also randomly sends out, not from oldest to newest which just makes matters worse for me.

The other odd thing is under the fax manager, it shows total pending to go out which is higher than what I can count in everyone's queue. I count 2500 and it says 3700. Restarting the server fixes it temporarily. Once people start sending out again, it starts ballooning up again. Restarting doesn't make it go faster either.

Sorry for the long post. Let me know if you need more information. Someone else set up this fax server so I don't have much experience with it. Thanks for any help.
