Domain computer sticks to old server path

Hello all! New here. We recently replace our old server(sbs 2003) with a new one(sbs 2011). We changed the hardware as well as the server name. But on our workstation, when you try to install some software like adobe digital editions, their default library path sticks to OldServerName\users\username. I wonder how can we change this path to NewServerName\users\username? There is no place to change path in adobe digital editions. Our Workstation OS is windows7 pro 64bit.
