Best practices in a Terminal Server profile migration

Hi

I want to migrate 2008 R2 Terminal Server Profiles to another 2008 R2 Terminal Server
(After need to have Browser caches & settings, Outlook caches & settings, network settings, Desktop settings and program all other settings).

Isn't there anything from Microsoft for 5 - 300 Profiles? Can you please tell me the easiest way?
