DC1 - PDCe role, Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard SP1, physical machine

DC2 - Windows Server 2008 R2 Datacenter SP1, virtual machine in VMWare ESXi 5.0 environment

DC2 has an Event 1058, Group Policy in the System log every 5 minutes:

The processing of Group Policy failed. Windows attempted to read the file \\[DOMAIN]\sysvol\[DOMAIN]\Policies\{31B2F340-016D-11D2-945F-00C04FB984F9}\gpt.ini from a domain controller and was not successful. Group Policy settings may not be applied until this event is resolved. This issue may be transient and could be caused by one or more of the following:
a) Name Resolution/Network Connectivity to the current domain controller.
b) File Replication Service Latency (a file created on another domain controller has not replicated to the current domain controller).
c) The Distributed File System (DFS) client has been disabled.

In the details of the error, the Error Description is "There is a time and/or date difference between the client and server." Not sure where the time difference is. DC1 is set to get its time from an external NTP server. DC2 is setup as type NT5DS.

Here is the output of w32tm /monitor on DC2:

Everything seems to working on DC2 so it's not a huge deal, but I'd like the system log to not be filled up with these errors.
