I have a situation where I have a group of remote users over VPN that access a remote desktop Remote APP. If the user is local I have no issues. If they are remote over VPN Via a T1 they can lose connection several times a day. What I mean by Lose connection is the remote APP goes fullscreen for 1 second says reconnecting and then goes back to normal. If they have the App minimized it takes over whatever they are in the middle of, Goes full screen then closes again. I now have 3 locations that are having similar issues back to home office. But a ping shows no loss of connection. A Full screen RDP session does not do this, just Remote App. Is there a timeout that I can set to a longer setting to stop this. I am just not sure what next.
