DFS with Folder Redirection on Server 2008 R2

I've seen that Server 2008 has DFS, could I use 2 or 3 of my Server 2008 R2 machines with DFS and then use folder redirection into that folder?

i.e. setup \DFS\UserData & \DFS\ProfileData which would then contain the users roaming profile and documents.
