Hi I had some problems with our Windows 2003 Terminal Server yesterday. It crashed when installing a program. When I restarted I found that some services had stopped which prevented remote access and the blackberry express from working properly. I tried to start the services to find that I was getting a timeout error 5603. I restored an earlier image backup from a date I knew everything was working to try and resolve the problem. The O&O disk image backup software I used doesn’t restore the domain because it has a feature called machine independent restore. The server then worked absolutely fine except blackberry express didn’t work because it wasn’t connected to the domain. As soon as I connected to the domain certain services wouldn’t start or stop just like before so I had to take it off the domain again
Can you figure out why all of a sudden the terminal server doesn’t work with domain jnoad1 that it previously worked fine with for years?
