I am guessing that there is no other way to reboot this server, but I have a 2003 server that i was rdp'd into and restarted the server, but it is stuck, it is responding to pinging by hostname and IP both from my laptop on vpn and on internal systems, but unable to access registry or services remotely, tried pskill winlogon but that returns an error "hostname cannot be found" tried psexec \\servername shutdown /f /r /t 05, which gives me "the network name is no longer available"
I checked on my firewall and my firewall can still see the server, so is there anyway that I can get it back up so that I don't have to go in super early to get the exchange server back up???
