In regards to building a Windows 8 64-bit image, what are the benefits of not having standard applications like Office, Adobe Reader as part of the base image? Are there any downsides?
Is it better to build an image with only the OS and Drivers Package and deploy all the applications separately? If so, why?
Please let me know if you need more detailed information. I'm basically trying to verify the "Best Practice".
