Dear all,
This question may have been discussed earlier as i saw in the previous posts of the DHCP discussions. but I didn't find the answer I need.
Here is my case .
I want to enlarge my network range , from using 255 IP addresses to using 1022 addresses. i am going to change my subnet range from 10.1.21.0-255 to " 10.1.21.0-10.1.23.255 " .
doing so ( changing the subnet mask ) is disabled when you go to Scopes>properties , the subnet mask is greyed and couldn't be changed.
The question is that I have a lot of IPs reserved in a custom reservation list , i don't want to import them one by one on manual basis, is there any way to import them when creating a new scope ?
what im going to do , is creating a new scope with the same address pool , address leases , reservations with enlarging the network range. this is the only way i Suppose to enlarge our network range , am i right ? and again my real pain in the ass is not to manually make a new reservation list. anyone can help
regards
