DFS Resume Replication

Lately I have noticed that our central file server is not consistently being updated via DFS shares.  If I put something on that file server, it instantly goes out to the other members, but it doesn't work the other way (or in full mesh, that one is not contacted).

If I restart the DFSR service, I get a Error 2212, which tells me the service is initiating a recovery process.  Microsoft says to use the following command to resume replication, but I only ever get error messages:

wmic /namespace:\\root\microsoftdfs path dfsrVolumeConfig where volumeGuid= call ResumeReplication

is the volume's GUID.  If I put the GUID provided in the error message, I get an error message: Unexpected switch at this level.  I am running this at command prompt.  What am I doing wrong?
