One of our accounts "inadvertently" ignored/clicked through several warnings and caused our QuickBooks Enterprise 2014 R7 to send out thousands of statements to active and non active customers dating back to 2006. While it was in mid-task the server was rebooted to end the task. Yes this is scorched earth, but the server itself was gracefully rebooted.
Now here is where it gets interesting:
1) The server gets to the Windows logo and stops indefinitely with the white dots doing their imitation of progress.
2) It boots fine into safe mode
3) I went into services and changed all non-essential startup items to manual and still no joy.
4) I can not uninstall QB from Safemode, but can not boot into normal mode to uninstall
5) Event Viewer does not show me anything that jumps out as blocking the boot up.
We do not have a backup image as our backup...
