I have a user who claims that AutoCAD has failed to save drawings she has made changes to several times over the last week. She insists she saved the files before exiting the software, and that no error/warnings were given that the file had not been saved successfully, or still needed to be saved when she exited. No other users have reported any similar problems or connection issues with the file server (2008 R2). I expect this is most likely user error, but the user is smart and not one I would have said was prone to forget to save her work or not notice warning/error messages, so I wanted to do my due diligence and see if anyone else had run into something similar that was not caused by user error.
