SCCM 2012 R2 WSUS GPO question

I have an error on my SUP that reads Group Policy conflict. 0X87D00692 when deploying Windows 7 Updates. So after searching the google machine I found that I could just delete the WSUS gpo and let SCCM 2012 manage the updates. When I first set it up I used this

and he specifically states to the point the GPO to the WSUS server. I am sick of going back and forth. Wondering what you are using for your GPO if any. Also can someone post the last few lines of there WUAhandler.log of a pc. C:\Windows\CCm\Logs\WUAHandler.log.
