We've got a brand new Savin C4503 running the latest firmware and users have "Scans" folders in their AD assigned home drives resident on a Server 2012 fileserver. The C4503 is configured to use SMB to send files to the server with an admin account dedicated for our MFPs.
The issue we seem to be having is that intermittently someone will scan something, the MFP says it transferred properly, but the document doesn't show up in the user's folder. Then the next time they scan something to that folder, it "pushes" the other document and they *both* show up in the folder. I've also got a user telling me that it just stops working entirely after 4pm, and anything scanned after then doesn't show up until the next morning.
Of course, I can't reproduce any of this behavior for the life of me, but the user is trustworthy and not known for making...
