VPN - Single User Cannot Login

I've got a user whom has just been granted permission for VPN. I added him to the appropriate groups that all other VPN users have and he cannot log in. He will get the Error 812. If I try another VPN user on the sane machine, it works fine. Just his ID. I checked everything about his login and it SHOULD work. I am thinking I missed something somewhere but don't know what. Any suggestions?
