My DHCP server is loaded with reservations for client workstations... i know you want servers, switches, and printers in there, but why would i want all workstations in there too?
Question 2: can i just wipe them all out without breaking everyone's connectivity? I want to clear out the DHCP server, re organize it to have exclusion ranges for the servers and switches, one for the printer fleet and then one for the remote VPN Users, leaving the rest for on-site client workstations.
can i wipe DHCP clean without crashing the LAN?
