I have a Server 2003 DHCP server that is detecting my Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit computer as a rogue DHCP server. The DHCP service on the server stops and the event log generated specifies the IP address of my computer. I have verified that Internet connection sharing is disabled and not running on my computer. I do not have any 3rd party DHCP servers running on my computer.
I have tried a few programs I found online for detecting rogue dhcp servers and non of them detected my computer.
Any idea about what could be causing this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
