Relay multiple server performance graphs to 1 screen

Hi Guys,

I have a issue relaying the CPU,Memory and Disk performance graphs of 6 servers to one other server that has a projector connected and is displaying the data on the wall of our IT office.

So basically what i would like to do is see the performance of all 6 servers on that one screen.

Is this possible at all ?
