terminal server migration from 2003 to 2008

Hi

any help would be appreciated, the previous terminal server is on 2003 server, set-up before i started work here. as teh 2003 server is going to get decommissioned.

i am going to setup terminal server on a 2008 r2 hyperV vm server. oh and the host has 2012 on it.

the 2003 server - terminal server was setup on the server - so the os one one disk and data on another disk.

but now when i setup terminal server on 2008 r2 hyperV vm, do i need to create 2 disks? or can 1 just do?

also do i have to transfer anything from the 2003 box over to 2008 r2? also is there a migration guide anywhere i can follow? i had a look but could not find one.

any best policies to follow?
