Server 2008sp2 NON R2 "Cannot repair member file"

Hello, I have a server 2008 sp2 NON R2 production server. Everything works well except for server manager. When I open server manager, it crashes right away. So I did some digging and ran the usual SFC/ Scannow, and chkdsk, update readiness and this is what I have found in the CBS.log.
