Virtual Switch to NIC Team - Server 2012r2

Hello,

  Need some ideals. 4 NICs in this new server. I am using 1 for management and the other 3 I have setup has a team "Team1"

  I go into Hyper-V and create a switch and tie to "microsoft network adapter multiplexor" however all I get is a 169 address on my adapter for the Hyper-v switch. 

Please advise
