A fellow spicehead just turned me on to the RSOP.MSC tool and I have been using it to do some diagnostics on my domain. I have noticed a few things.
1) Under the user configuration > windows settings > Folder redirection different values show up on different computers. For instance, computer 1 with user 1 runs RSOP.MSC and finds that all user folders are redirected. Then computer 2 user 2 under the same OU and domain, shows that only the saved games folder is redirected. Results also vary from most computers. Some show like only 5 of the user folders being re-directed.
2) On some computers, a red x shows up on computer configuration as well as user configuration. What does this mean?
3) On some computers, a yellow ! shows up on computer configuration and user configuration. What does this mean?
