Having a problem that is strange enough for me not to be able to word well enough to Google for an answer. So here goes the long explanation.
We are trying to simply (key idea) have several users access a Windows 2012 server from Thin Clients using RDP. They can log in to the server fine with their Domain User accounts, as expected. They see the desktop and it is controlled successfully via GPO.
The problem is that we use a web app to run our business. Before the thin clients, these users accessed the same server from PCs using Internet Explorer to use the web app. Now, when logged in via RDP they are not able to view *any* page served up by the IIS. Twist is, when I log in as any administrator, I can view all pages as expected. I try hitting the IIS using http://localhost or http://127.0.0.1 or http://172.16.x.x or ...
