New Windows Share Permissions Error

I just installed a new iSCSI volume and connected it to Server 2003. I then created a folder within the volume and shared it. I created a sub folder and gave my non-admin account "Full Control". I can read anything in the folder but cannot create any files. I checked "Effective Permissions" and it shows my user as having full control. I'm at a loss on how to diagnose this further.
