I am sorry in advance because this is probably a very complicated issue to be asking for help but I am just not every sure where to start the troubleshooting from what I have so far. So up till today, everything was working just fine. From my remote office locations, they can not connect to a file share. The fileshare IP address is 192.168.1.38. When I do a nslookup for the share by host name it finds the correct IP address. I can ping the IP address 192.168.1.38. I tried to connect to the share using IP address and still can not connect to it. I can do a tracert to the IP address and it shows that it reaches with no issues. So any ideas how fix this issue??
