Forcing services to start

Hi,

there two services in our windows 2008 R2 server, which have stopped and I need to force them to restart. gupdate and gupdatem (google related services), when i click on start i get the following message.

"The Google update service on Local computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs."

I know theres a process on forcing these two services to start running again, but i can remember what it is. I was wondering if anyone else remember that.
