I have a customer with one 2008r2 server in their corp office. We have a deployed a second 2008r2 at a colo site.
I noticed that whenever I created objects on either servers that it would not immediately (or almost immediately) replicate. I checked AD sites and services and checked the replication schedule under NTDS settings - property of the DC.
The default schedule was set to "once per hour". The max is "four times per hour". Is this normal? I came from a 2003 server environment and with the same setup the new objects would be created almost instantly.
