We currently have Exchange 2007 running on a virtual Windows Server 2003. Exchange is the only thing running on the server. We will of course want to upgrade to 2008 R2 before next April. What is the best method for doing this?
Do I create a new VM with 2008 R2 and then migrate Exchange 2007 from one virtual machine to the other?
Does anyone have any instructions on that should be done?
