proxyAddress attribute for new users

I'm moved over to Office 365 now, and am trying to figure out in AD (Server 2012 R2), how can I cut down on my work when I create a user and have the other proxyAddresses show up automatically? It's got to be stored somewhere, and it's probably something simple.

So I want to create John Doe. He should be jdoe@mydomain.com, and his proxyAddresses should look like this:

SMTP:jdoe@mydomain.com

smtp:jdoe@myotherdomain.com

smtp:jdoe@myotherotherdomain.com

How can I do that?
