Running QuickBooks 2013 via RemoteApp to end users from a 2008 R2 server. I have a few users have issues with black lines that will sometimes appear from no where. I'm thinking it has to do with the bitmap cache. I have them disconnect, clear the BMC file and reconnect but it doesn't always fix the issue.
If the user logs into the server with a full remote desktop session then its fine, and if they try RemoteApp again many times it is still having the issues.
I'm pulling my hair out... I have tried new video drivers on the clients, different monitor settings, reboots, you name it.
Help please! :-)
