I currently have a server running Windows Server 2012 Essentials.
We're going to bust the 25 user limit soon, so I'd like to upgrade to Standard.
I'm assuming that upgrading from 2012 Essentials to 2012 Standard is just a matter of putting in a new key,
But what if we decide to go with 2012 R2 Standard?
Is that going to be a Fresh install? An upgrade install?
Or just updating the key?
