I have a weird one that I cannot fathom.
I have a user that attached a file in a folder to an email. Having sent the email (showing in Outbox of Outlook 2013, Exchange 2013). She then proceeds to the folder that contains the folder that holds the attached document. She then drags this to another folder in this parent folder. (labelled completed for what it is worth.)
When doing this she gets the message that the file or folder is in use and that it cannot be moved. However, when she then closes Outlook, she can move the folder.
It is as if the Outlook client is maintaining some link to the attached file, despite it having attached and sent the email.
This is only user on the RDS server that suffers from this issue. I made her wait for 30 seconds before trying to move the folder, thinking that the the lock might release but the problem...
