I've been talking to a number of friends and colleagues about the merits (or not!) of running automatic updates on servers.
I was somewhat surprised at the number of them who effectively said " I NEVER run automatic updates on my servers, they cause more trouble than it's worth"
In fact several said they never run any MS updates for the same reason.
