Multiple Domains

Hi everyone. We're acquiring another business and will be moving their hardware into our building. They have their own DC and servers. I don't have any experience at all with something like this. What is the best way to handle two different domains in one place? Are we able to bring their DC online here and perhaps put it in a different VLAN or something to that effect?
