I have a program that is being slow on the first launch from a remote app on the terminal server. When running Process Monitor It appears the point which the program gets stuck is on the wshqos.dll The program pauses on that dll for almost a full minute launching. If I close the remote app and have a session on the server the app re launches instantly. I'm trying to get more info on that dll and what I can look at for settings on the 2008r2 box to try to fix the issue.
