Hi there,
Our windows 2003 file serve reboots itself every saturday at 9pm. We've just dealt with it so far but now its really starting to frustrate me!
We've put a small backup utility on there which backs up to a NAS over the weekend, now the utility is on there it interrupts the reboot and im left with a partially running file server when i come back in on monday. This causes all sorts of weird problems with printers, file access and user access.
I bet your thinking this is the easy bit.. check the task scheduler? well i have and there is not task in there that reboots the server, its empty...?
Very open to any suggrestions.
Thanks!
