Windows Server 2003 Boot Crash

Hello,

I have installed win 2003 server enterprise. Unfortunately after few weeks its boot.ini has crashed. It is giving two errors.

1- Invalid boot.ini

2- \system32\ntoskrnl.exe is missing or corrupted.

I have no backup or clone image of this partition. It has Active directory and DNS installed. i have read all relevant articles and forum to resolve it. Fortunately i have managed to resolved boot.ini error. I copied that file with installation disk and its gone.

But ntoskrnl.exe missing error is real head ache for me. I have tried recovery console, bootcfg, fixboot, fixmbr, copy new ntoskrnl file from cd, rename the old one, applied all Hirens 8.7 partition and recovery tools, but this ntoskrnl.exe missing error is not resolving.

Have tried to boot in safe mode, last known good config, etc but all fail. I tried to repair installation but repair option also not coming. If repair option would come than i repair it and it will work fine.

I am able to access this partition from command prompt, it is fine and healthy.

Just need your guys help to resolve this god damn ntoskrnl error. Due to this problem all company work has been stopped. You can also suggest me any bootable software which could repair it in no time.

Please please help me ASAP.
