Admin password

I think I am going to have an issue with something I am trying to do.

I have a full 2008 R2 domain running the main corporate network.  I have setup a 2012 AD server for the engineering group that talks to the main corporate AD network.

Two things I want to do, I want to allow them to admin certain aspects of their ad server like the DHCP server and such.  The DHCP server will be just for their side.

I also want to change or assign a different password to that server so they can get in, and not know the corporate password.

No here is the problem.  I connected the new AD engineering server hardwire through an extra nic in the 2012 server.  I am thinking at this stage of the game if they turn on the DHCP server over there, it will actually start handing out addresses over here too.  I am thinking I need to back up and work on the multi site setup to keep this from effecting my corporate AD network.
