I have a user who on a TS 2003 (waiting on lisc for RD2008 box) IE 8 when trying to access there my rewards screen for univera health care they cannot browse to it.
It redirects to another website , the website info does not load , and a generic dns error is displayed.
both of the websites are in the trusted security zone. I have confirmed that under a Local Admin account the behavior is the same.
So they click on the link, new browser window opens and they get a cannot display webpage.
It works in firefox. I do get the warning that the site ssl cert is wrong for the site. But that is the only warning. The certificate has already been allowed / trusted for IE as part of troubleshooting steps.
I've made the following Group policy changes to the OU the TS server is in and updated group policy. is there something that I missed?
in between changes I've logged off and logged back on with my test account (same privileges as client).
