Server: Win 2008 R2 sp1
Hello - we have an RDS server and an issue where one particular user keeps have the session freeze up on him. They can move the mouse around, but can't click anything. So they then have no way of resetting the session. I ended up creating a new domain account for him to try, but the same things happens there as well.
At this point I end up having to remote in with a domain admin account and logout the session manually.
1. Is there any way to allow standard users to force logout RDS sessions?
2. Any ideas on why this would happen to only one particular user? He does the exact same thing as everyone else logged in.
