Daily Shutdowns

Hello. I have a Windows Server 2003 Standard SP2 Terminal Server IBM Server system x3200 [43636BM] Server that keeps rebooting on a now daily basis. I use a Sony tape drive to backup all the data. Given the age of the Server, and the amount of data it usually takes about 12-14 hours for a backup to complete, which it always has. Everytime the Server reboots, it always seems to be when it is in the middle of running a backup (therefore the backups are failing). When logging back into the Server, it gives me the same Stop error (attached in a text document). Research has suggested to update the drivers. This has proven rather difficult but I have updated all the drivers possible, I've installed all Windows Updates, I've updated the firmware for the Sony Tape Drive and still the Server keeps rebooting. Has anyone ever come across something like this? I cannot see any other error message in the logs and the Server functions fine during the day while running normal applications.

Any assistance would be great.
