Hi All,
I've got a Windows Server 2003 box set up to run RRAS for VPN. All working fine. One thing that is puzzling me is an IP address that appears next to the static IP pool range.
So in the RRAS server properties on the IP tab I have selected static address pool and entered my range:
x.x.x.151 - x.x.x.200. This is accepted and all is well, but what is bugging me is the single ip address that appears next to it: x.x.x.128 - where does this come from? What is it for? and can I change it?
The number is within my DHCP range, but doesn't show in the DHCP leases and it doesn't show up in an ipconfig either.
Any thoughts folks?
