Server 2012 Standard

I went through the MS article and it appears it supports my scenario but just wanted check in with other folks. I have an Exchange 2010 SP2 server and all of my DC's are Server 2008. I plan on upgrading all of my DC's to Server 2012 Standard. They should be able to work together right?
