TS 2008 running script from rdp client not working

Ok.

We are moving our TS from 2003(32x) to 2008r2(64x), I installed all the apps and services and the stuff works.

BUT

I need to run a script that copies some files and then runs a program specified from the RDP client. On the 2003 environment it runs with no problem, but on the 2008 it does not. It just logs in and then logs out, I have tried to set a program to run but same issue.

If I load the full client and I run the script it works.

Any ideas or comments will be appreciated.

BTW - this is my first 2008 TS deployment (newb)
