We are running a piece of software on Server 2008 R2 that requires webdav. Unfortunately, it appears that there is a bug in Server 2008 R2 that breaks some webdav sites. I found a hotfix here:

But after downloading and installing, it says it's not applicable to my system. Except that the symptoms described are exactly what I'm seeing.
Anything I can do to make it install?
